Traffic Barely Getting By Due To I-95 Accident

It happened on the northbound side near mile marker 148.8 just outside of Triangle and near near Locust Shade Park around 10:45 a.m.

The north left lane, center lane, right lane, and right shoulder are closed. Traffic backups were approximately two miles. Traffic was getting by on the left shoulder.
